Turn your Gulf Coast getaway into a beautiful memory with an intimate beach maternity portrait experience along the Pensacola coastline. This 20-minute session is designed to capture the beauty and connection of this special season with elegant, natural portraits focused on you and your baby. We’ll spend our time creating beautiful, intimate images that celebrate your growing family. You’re welcome to bring your partner along as we capture the love and anticipation of welcoming your little one. Your session includes one carefully chosen outfit, either from my curated maternity client closet or a favorite piece from your own wardrobe.
Cancellation Policy
# Client Booking Agreement & Session Policies By booking your maternity or babymoon portrait session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Client Agreement. Your booking confirms your acceptance of these policies and reserves the selected date and time exclusively for your session. ## Session Scheduling Your session is reserved for the specific date and time selected from the photographer’s available calendar. Session availability is limited, and once your appointment is booked, that time is held exclusively for you. Beach session location details, including the exact Pensacola coastline location, will be provided to you prior to your scheduled session. ## Description of Services Your session includes professional photography services provided by Shanna-Kaye Photography. The photographer will photograph you and your requested subjects during your scheduled session time. The photographer will make every effort to create beautiful images that reflect your vision; however, photography is an art form, and final images are subject to the photographer’s artistic style, creative direction, lighting conditions, weather, and other circumstances outside of the photographer’s control. By booking, you acknowledge and agree that you are choosing the photographer based on her portfolio, style, and creative approach. ## Payment & Booking Retainer A non-refundable session payment is required to reserve your date and time. Your session is not considered booked until payment has been received. Payment reserves your photographer’s time and prevents that appointment from being offered to another client. The remaining balance, if applicable, is due on or before your scheduled session date. Sessions will not take place until all required payments have been received. ## No Refunds & Cancellation Policy All payments made toward your session are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once your session date and time have been reserved, your photographer has declined other bookings for that time. If you choose to cancel your session, fail to attend your session, or are unable to complete your session, payments will not be refunded. ## Weather Policy Because beach sessions take place outdoors, weather conditions may affect your scheduled session. If your session cannot safely take place due to rain, storms, unsafe beach conditions, or other weather-related circumstances, your session will be rescheduled to the next av
